Destigmatizing teen mental health
Teen mental health challenges are common. StayMindful started after we saw friends quietly struggle with pressure at school and in their personal lives. We built it to make mental health support feel less intimidating and easier to begin. One app cannot solve teen mental health, but it can give teens a place to start when they feel overwhelmed or unsure how to ask for help. We also hope StayMindful helps more teens talk about mental health openly. The statistics below show why early, accessible support matters.

For many teens, stress does not stop when they leave school. It follows them through their phones. But technology can also be part of the solution. StayMindful was built as a free app so support would not depend on where a teen lives or what they can afford. We use technology to make teen-centered mental health resources easier to access.
