Our Mission: Improving Teen Mental Health

As teenagers ourselves, we’ve seen firsthand the impact of mental health challenges on our friends and peers. At StayMindful, our mission is to empower our peers with tools and strategies to navigate these challenges. We are deeply committed to improving teen mental health by addressing the issues that we and many other teens commonly face.

The Solution: Mindfulness

Technology has brought more distractions and increased feelings of loneliness and depression, especially among teens. However, technology can also be a force for good. Mindfulness is the practice of being fully present and engaged in the current moment, aware of your thoughts, feelings, and surroundings without judgment. It has been gaining popularity as a way to help people stay focused and find inner peace. Here are three ways it benefits health:
