We offer a 6 week live online mindfulness meditation course open to everyone. You will learn how to bring the foundations of mindfulness to your daily life.
The sessions happen on Tuesdays at 19h (WET) - 20h (CET).
One session per week during 6 weeks. 1h session.

We accept up to 11 participants per group. If you miss a session, you will be able to watch it in the following 24 hours. This is a live online course. You will be accompanied by our instructors during the course 😉
