Live Online Group Meditation Course
We offer a 6-week live online mindfulness meditation course open to everyone. You will learn how to bring the foundations of mindfulness to your daily life.
The sessions happen on Tuesdays at 19h (WET) - 20h (CET).
One session per week during 6 weeks. 1h session.

We are living a time of deep transformation. Cultivating mindfulness is important for allowing self-compassion, trust, equanimity, and non-judging approach to arise. We will explore together how to cultivate a mindful attitude and how to benefit from the practice.
